1. Brazil Santos – medium acidity and body, pleasant aroma, exhibits a nutty sweet flavor and hint of toasted chocolate
2. Sumatra Mandheling – medium acidity, full body (mouthfeel) and spicy flavours
3. Colombian Supreme – medium strength with a subtle sweetness
4. Ethiopia Sidamo – smooth and clean finish with sweet citrus aromatics
5. Java Arabica – smooth and supple with a spicy, smoky twist
6. Guatemala – fruity and nuanced with good acidity
7. Honduras – clean, smooth sweetness with some tart, fruity tones
8. Mexican – smooth, rather delicate flavour with a light snap

1. BB Blend Roast – a mixture of South African, centre Arabica and Sumatran beans, suitable for all applications
2. JM2 –Indonesian Arabica beans, full body, mild acidity, great for milk coffees
3. Mocha Java – a mixture of Colombian and Indonesian Arabica
4. Espresso Blend – 80% Arabica beans, 20 % Robusta beans
5. Exora – 100% Central American or South African beans
